Background and Role

After successfully partnering with growth PE investor Bridgepoint, we are now looking to start our next phase of growth to build a truly global cyber security champion and are looking to add an ambitious and results-driven Head of Transformation to our core team. We are looking to scale the business to €1bn+ revenue through a number of well-defined organic value creation initiatives and M&A acquisitions before delivering an exit via IPO, tertiary private equity or trade.
Working directly with CEO/CFO and the senior leadership team, you are responsible for driving strategy, helping the team to develop clear value creation plans on key value drivers and continuous business improvement across the business. You support the development, execution and delivery of key strategic projects across the business. You would also be closely involved in the management of key stakeholders and closely work with project teams across the business. You will also work closely with the Head of M&A to define and assess M&A targets and support the leadership team on post-merger integration. You will be reporting to the CEO/CFO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Projects
    • Supporting the C-level leadership team in the setting of Group Strategy & action plan (strategic roadmap), but above all helping its implementation & progress with help of a detailed action plan
    • PMI support: communication, networking between new/old world, coordinating tasks & initiatives, merging teams
    • Enable the leadership team to have a clear picture of the progress of all projects anytime and communicate accordingly between the teams (SharePoint owner)
    • Documentation of decisions & following-up implementation
    • Coordinating with the management and Finance team to make sure that the action plan is taken into account in the business plan / budgets
    • Working with project teams, reporting on progress and directly driving specific projects
    • Working with the Head of M&A to define and assess M&A targets and supporting the leadership team on post-merger integration
  • Governance/ working with shareholders
    • Coordinating various committees’ agendas, boarding presentations and other materials, coordinating the various department inputs, in particular from Finance.

Candidate Profile

  • Several years of professional experience e.g. within a top tier strategic consulting firm or as a management assistant within an international corporation and ideally some operating experience
  • Aptitude to navigate a Board/C-suite
  • Value/culture-based working style
  • Willingness to travel; Position is based in Rotkreuz (in Switzerland close to Zurich, Luzern, Zug)
